Since 1973, Grand Rapids Veterinary Clinic has served Grand Rapids and the surrounding communities of Itasca, Aitkin, Cass and St. Louis Counties with a full service small animal healthcare facility. I’m truly disappointed in the lack of concern and response from this clinic. I have called, scheduled through the app and talked with staff requesting an owner to return my call and crickets! Nothing...... I have a sick dog and was told they are scheduled out three weeks! Say what? Not sure who is doing your scheduling but this has nothing to do… with COVID! It is a scheduling problem and taking care of your existing patients. I don’t want your emergency care spots in upwards of $100+ to drive in your lot, I want someone who cares about our four legged fur babies as much as we

Dr. Hans and his tech made saying goodbye to both of my pups as peaceful as it could possibly be. I am so incredibly thankful for their professionalism, respect, and gentle, kindhearted nature towards both our family and our pup during the transition. A week ago our Maxy choked on a treat as we were driving home from the cabin. I was a mess; completely frantic. Dr Leah was so amazing. We can’t thank you enough for your calm and speedy help. Dr. Hans, Dr. Leah, Dr. Schneider, all techs and staff... thank you! You were all incredible in the way you treated and truly had compassion for my 13 year old lab, Lucy with an ulcer on her eye. special thanks to Dr. Leah who took aggressive measures to speed her healing and took the time to call me at 9:00 on a Saturday night to explain her meds in detail.
