The company boasts a lot of clients for web design. Mine is one of them. However, we're in the process of finding a replacement. Here are a few reasons:
(1) Whenever our website encounters a problem (it stops loading for several hours, or a feature Interface designed a week earlier suddenly breaks), Interface accepts zero responsibility. At first, we believed them. Silly us. Now we understand that this has been a pattern for many years, and that 9 times out of 10, the responsibility lies with Interface.
(2) Their personnel are frequently non-responsive. A few months ago we requested
