Rude. Curt. Unprofessional.
We recently purchased a property from one of Chris Gross's clients and throughout the process (during our search, during the closing, etc.) Chris was unhelpful and rude. After not hearing anything in response to some of our realtor's early contact efforts, we emailed him ourselves. In a one-sentence email response he very clearly stated he had no interest in talking with us if we had a realtor already. Throughout closing when our realtor tried to reach out to him she found him "arrogant and unhelpful". When speaking to our future neighbors on the street where we were
