Dr. Hyde returned back to Buffalo in 1975 and opened his practice on Seneca Street in South Buffalo. He is a member of The American Dental Association, The Academy of General Dentistry and The Implantology Association. He has served on the Erie County Dental Society Board of Directors and has been on staff at both Mercy and Our Lady of Victory hospitals.

Miraculous experience as experiences go. We all get a little nervous when someone shoves their hands into our mouth. Erin, Andrea, Dr. Gupto and the rest of the crew at great smiles made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I had done a number on my teeth and this crew left me feeling confident to smile wide. Doctor is rude and dismissive and elects not to see problems that he just doesn't want to have to fix, even when they happened as a direct result of care received in HIS OFFICE. Instead he will gaslight you, mock you, and try to pass you off to other specialists who will only then send you back to him to fix the problem, as it is to them clearly his responsibility. He has a documented hatred for people receiving government assistance (just read some of his comments on the negative reviews here), treats employees and patients like garbage, and displays some of the worst chairside manner I have ever

Horriable place to go. Was very rushed and the doctor was quite rude to me when having my tooth fixed...and get this..not even 24 hours after he fixed my chipped tooth it chipped off again...the service was very rushed and to top it all off I just went there to get my front tooth fixed.next thing I know hes drilling out my back molars and filling them in too. Had no notice that this was gonna happen and i think its some sort of insurance fraud.. I had my back molars sealed in the past and i know i had no cavatiys at all back there.something very fishy going on there and I'm going to talk to a lawyer

I had a stellar experience at Dr. Hyde's office. All of the staff were very friendly. Sarah, my dental hygienist, and Dr. Gupta were both very knowledgeable, and they each provided a very high level of care. I would definitely recommend this practice to everyone, especially those who are afraid to visit dentists.

I had a great experience at Great Smiles. All the staff were so nice and welcoming. They are wonderful at what they do. They are very professional and gentle.
