Eric and Dallas came by on time and was very helpful in describing
our problem, we realized that my tub needed to be removed and it was more work than Midwest can do at this time. They were willing to replace new shut off valves in the other bathrooms and even put on a new bathroom countertop for me. As a women, I felt comfortable with them in the house and honest with their recommendations.

Great experience! Got new AC, Furnace, & hot water heater installed in June. They came out in Dec as we were having issues with some settings. They made sure everything was running smoothly and adjusted settings.

Our service tech has been very informative and patient with questions and has taught us about how to best operate our HVAC system. After getting some bids to get an EV plug put in my garage, I contacted Kenny who’s become a good friend of mine to see if the quotes were crazy. He was able to get his team to come out and get it done and I’m really happy with the results. Felt bad they had to pull wiring through my attic but they didn’t complain and were so professional. I’ll always keep going to Kenny for everything I need.

Heater was not working at 11 pm. They answered my emergency call, and explained that there was no harm in waiting till morning. I called at 9 am to schedule an inspection, but they already had a tech scheduled to my home. We thought the thermostat might have been faulty, but let the tech do his own assessment. Within an hour he had the heat going, and suggested a thermostat replacement. We had already purchased a replacement, which he installed, and was gone in little over an hour.
I should mention another “well-known” company had suggested a new furnace, for a couple thousand dollars.
