Key Line was founded in 2002 by 5 partners, all of whom were directly involved in the power industry with over 100 years of combined experience. They specialized in underground power line construction. They provided conventional and specialized excavation services to Pacific Power and other clients with a small fleet that included backhoes, excavators, directional drills, plows, rock saws, etc.
Rogue Line was founded in 2006, then we embarked on the journey that took us from our first project building a cell phone tower on Roxy Ann Peak for the City of Medford, to becoming a quality player on small line projects and large civil projects including over 150 miles of access roads completed on Bonneville Power Administration transmission line right-of-ways.

Our line crews can take care of all of your new construction and maintenance needs with experience on a wide range of Transmission and Distribution systems and voltages. We have a great Substation team and are successfully completing all facets of substation work.
Construction, expansion, repair and maintenance of Substations. Our Substation group is focused on meeting your deadlines and keeping complex projects on track and on budget. If you need a pad mount transformer inspected or an entire line rebuilt to accommodate new load, we can handle it. We're doing all civil work related to powerline construction.

Based on the driving of one of your employees, I’m sure the service of the company is poor. Does the company not think about potential costumers as they send there employees out? We were tailgated by one of your company cars Oregon license plate 127-KLF and found the the company though the CCB number on the back. Your company put my child in danger and I hope action is taken.
