This is how a business should operate. I was in the shop today needing a tire replacement. Mr. Cook did his best to help me. He even called the manufacturer seeing the tire was practically new. Although the manufacturer stinks, the folks at MT are great. I was treated like my $200.00 purchase was as important as 4 tires all the way round. I will be driving up to Marion from now on for most my service needs. Thanks Jim and Ryan.
