I’ve been going here for several years and have always appreciated the top notch customer service but today really disappointed me. I came in for an pol change and tire rotation. I sat in the waiting area the entire time and they failed to notify me in person my car was ready! They even looked at me serval times and didn’t even tell me. I had a missed call when I finally noticed it on my phone and walked to the register. I told them I noticed a missed call from their business and they casually said “to notify you the car was ready” and I looked at them upset bc I was sitting in there the

Love Gregg and his team! I started taking my vehicles to them back in high school. I moved out of state for a few years and when I moved back home last year I had no idea where they went and neither did my family. I went over to Mr. Tire trying to get an inspection, thinking maybe the name had just changed, but none of the same faces were there and I was so sad 😩 They couldn’t get me in that day and told me to try Buff’s across the street - I was literally so happy to see Gregg, Justin, and other familiar faces when I walked in and of course they fit me right in!! I live in Charlotte now

Greg McCabe and his professional technicians definitely have what it takes to do the job right and right the first time. Had my AC system replaced , Upper & Lower ball joints and Idler Arm all replaced on my 2003 F-150.....She drives like a new truck now and will freeze you out.. ...Just in time for summer. In my opinion regardless of where Greg and the other "Clark Tire" guys have gone, I just can't say anything negative. But when it's done right the first time no need to worry about it's not broke so don't fix it. I'm glad I got back in touch with them and some new to me folks, but I still appreciate the as per usual spot on excellent customer service as well as competitive prices and parts.

Been going here since they opened and each visit I am blown away by the professionalism shown by the crew at buffs tire. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I recently had some major routine Maintenance on an old pickup and I was well informed throughout the entire process. They really took it a step further to make sure I had everything i wanted and needed without breaking my budget. I take all my vehicles here for routine maintenance and tires. I highly reccomend this shop for anyone. Great job guys!

I had them install new tires last year on my delivery truck . I noticed that one of the tires was looking like it was going to blow up and was excessively hot today so I drove 30 minutes there for them to look at. From what I understand the owner was the one that I talked to today at noon and first thing that came out of his mouth was " you must of hit something " and that he'd have to take it off and look at it to determine those tires still have 92% tread. The man pretty much told me I was out of luck because he has to get new tires from the warehouse and I'd have to come
