I received outstanding massages except for in one instance here. Because of my one bad experience, they gave me a 30 minute free massage. The massage therapist intuitively knew the right places to massage my back. My only constructive criticism would be for her to slow down, letting her massage movements be more soothing.

Okay I remember coming to this place back when the massages was $30 now they had the nerve to go up and the service Is beyond unprofessional. When you visit an actual professional massage place like Massage Envy they will have someone who Is the receptionist who Is paid to answer phone calls and make appointments. My whole massage was interrupted by the masseuse constantly every minute answering calls or walking out the room. I see people hyping this place up giving out 5 stars? If this what yall call 5 stars then go ahead that's bad service. I can't seem to understand why ladies are even showing

Alright not too bad or too good. But way overhyped there's far cheaper and better options as far as "Foot Massages" around the Naperville/Aurora area like Lucky Foot that's just off the E-Way on Route 59 and alot of Men might enjoy the services over at the U Massage both Naperville and Plainfield locations the ladies tend to wear dresses and high heels at those Asian Spa's. I think alot of Men would really love the Feet Retreat also In Naperville u might leave "Happy at the end" If u know what I mean. But What ruined my experience Is how crowded It get's and you have to wait Inside your car like

I had a really stiff neck so I made an appointment with Angela. When I got there she welcomed me very friendly and I told her how I must have slept on my neck wrong because the pain was unbearable. About 20 minutes into my massage Angela had totally loosened up the tight muscles in my neck! Thank you very much Angela! And thank you Massage Lily for having a very clean business! I highly recommend Angela and Massage Lily. I'll be back again definitely... Five stars!!

I was feeling SO stressed out about a lot of work and family things and really needed something to help me relax and unwind...and thought a massage would be perfect! Unfortunately it was Friday afternoon. I thought there was no way I'd be able to find a place that wasn't fully booked for the weekend. I called a few places I'd been before and yep, all full. I found Massage Lily on Yelp and called them. They are open a bit later than most places, so I asked if they had availability that Friday night, and they did!

The owner of the establishment attacks you over yelp apparently when you leave a truthful review of your experience. That's bad business and we will definitely make sure we never go back and will make sure we warn everyone we know about it looking for a massage. Who harasses people over yelp? Really?

Amazing swedish body massage- fixed all my problem areas. I like to try new massage places- this is the only place that stood out for me out of all of them because how well the customer service was. I also asked about CBD Massages which he said they did. Will suggest this to my friends and get the CBD massage next time.

Went in for a couples massage but were in different rooms. When I asked for it to be corrected I was told the space they used for couples was unavailable, we were the only people there. Normally wouldn't bug me since we walked in except that we waited 30 mins with the specific request for a double massage. If we were told it was unavailable we would've come back or I would've waited while my boyfriend got a massage(as this was his idea and I live 4 mins away)

Overall one of the best massages I've had. I had the 90 min deep tissue and the therapist was very skilled at getting just the right pressure - on the verge of painful but not. She also used a variety of techniques that made it a good combination of relaxing and therapeutic. Great value too and the place is super-nice and clean.

It had been approximately 2 months since my last massage. Was in some desperate need for some much-needed attention on some specific areas that were focused on perfectly. I carry a lot of tension in my back and by the time I left, I was so relaxed.
Jeff was amazing! This had to have been the best massage I have received. I could tell he wasn't just going through the motions, but really focusing in on what he was up to. This was more than a massage. He also did what's called the scrub. Bringing the toxins to the surface.
This was a super clean place too. And they are beyond friendly

Staff here is very friendly. Massage Therapist I've had was very good. She doesn't speak English which is fantastic for a person like me! She gets down to business and works my back like magic!
Walk-ins are Welcome, but they prefer appointments. Not cheap, but not overpriced comparatively to other massage venues.
