Results Physiotherapy was founded in Nashville in 1996 by Australian Gary Cunningham and a small number of partners, including 3-time gold medal-winning swimmer Tracy Caulkins. In fact, the first clinics were named after Caulkins, a bona fide superstar in the Nashville area. Gary had a vision: to provide world-class, manual-based physical therapy in the U.S.

I came in with a killer tension headache. They worked on my shoulders and the headache was gone by the end of the day. I came back in a few more times and they gave me stretches and exercises to keep my muscles from getting back to that state. They took me from a pain level 10 to 0 in just a few days. I'm super thankful!

My experience with Results, and Jordan Hartman in particular, was exceptional. I was experiencing some knee pain associated with a bone-on-bone situation, but also ankle pain, no doubt resulting from the knee, but also from a previous ankle injury.
My hope is to see if an extensive PT regimen would allow me to avoid a knee replacement.
Results have been good, better than I expected. I am able to walk limited distances with minimum discomfort. The limited pain I had has greatly subsided, although I tend to overdue my workouts, which can cause me problems

I've been in a handful of times, and I have always been cared for by the folks who work at Results. I frequently lose the habit, but no one who works there tries to make me feel bad for having trouble keeping my PT and appointments consistent. I recommend this team and wish there was a location in the West end for us folks.

I can't say enough good things about them! They not only know/do traditional physical therapy, but more hands-on manipulation (a mini-massage!) as well, which is often the very thing needed to relax that tight muscle so you can do the recommended exercises more easily and with less pain. You might have different "fill-in" therapists if your regular person has to be out, but each one knows what they're doing. I especially like that there's instruction that goes along with the "what to do" so you know "why" to do it.

I would give 10 stars if I could. I've been to several therapy places but none can compare to Results Physiotherapy. Mostly one on one supervision by caring therapists. Ruby, the receptionist, is far and above just office staff. All in all my recommendation is.. if you're not going here, you're not at the right place!!!!

If you're reading reviews to see if this is the place you should go, then this is your sign you should!
My review will be quite extensive but they deserve it. If you don't have the time to read, but want to know if I recommend them, I 1000% recommend Dr. Diem Puckett & her staff at Results Physiotherapy.
Today, I "graduated" physical therapy treatment. I am sad that I won't see the good folks at Results on a weekly/biweekly basis, but happy that I am no longer dealing with chronic knee/hip pain.
I have been receiving treatment from Dr. Puckett since this May when

Story time-
My fiancé tore his ACL a couple of months before our engagement (he tore it at the end of feb and our engagement was in June). He ended up getting surgery in May, after walking on his torn ACL for about 2.5 months. Recovery was very painful, but he wanted to start physical therapy ASAP to get himself back to normal. He started doing his research and came across Results PT. He started physical therapy a few weeks after his surgery, and was not disappointed with the results and his experience. It was difficult for him at first, but slowly but surely the therapists knew the perfect exercises

I cannot recommend the staff at Results enough. Chris and Christian are fantastic to work with. I came in with an injured lower back and shoulder, and they've helped me recover from the back injury as well as strengthen my core to prevent it from happening again. We're working on the shoulder now and there's already been a ton of progress compared to how it was when we first started. I couldn't lift my arm past about a 70 degree angle, and now I can bring it all the way up. I still have to work on strengthening the back muscles to keep it from rolling forward, but their guidance
