The Chore Experts offers one time cleaning and regular recurring service to residents of Smyrna and the surrounding areas. You will receive a quote by email within 48 hours. Our competitive pricing is based on the size of your home, how often you want your home cleaned and any "Extra Chores" you add to your cleaning.
The Chore Experts coverage area includes Smyrna and the surrounding towns of Cobb County including the Vinings area of Atlanta. We are willing to travel as far as Fulton County, Gwinnett County, Douglas County and Dekalb County for a one-time cleaning request. The Chore Experts does not carry general liability insurance with an independent insurance company. However The Chore Experts will reimburse you to a maximum of Two hundred Fifty dollars ($250) for all claims submitted by one customer. We will reimburse you if the cleaning technician accidentally damages an item in your home or commercial office and you submit a claim for reimbursement.
1. Do I have to be at home when The Chore Experts team arrives? You do not have to be present when the cleaners arrive at your home. If you are a busy professional who works away from home on cleaning day, there are three recommended options we could arrange to get access into your home.
If your home is cleaned on a recurring basis, we prefer you release a key to us which will be stored in our keys lock box in our office and released only on cleaning day.A second option is to provide a code to open your garage door if you have an exterior keypad garage opener. A final option is to put a spare key in a key lock box that should be placed outside the front door of your home on cleaning day (real estate agents use this device).

NOTE: The PayPal payment option below is available for clients who forget to leave a check or cash payment in their home on cleaning day. The Chore Experts charges a 5% processing fee if you make your house cleaning payment using the PayPal gateway below. You could avoid paying the 5% processing fee by calling our office and providing your credit card info be kept securely on file.

Due to a last minute move, I needed help quickly. From me submitting the request online, to speaking with Lisa (Owner) within minutes, I knew this company was motivated and very professional. I thought my request for someone to come out by the next morning was going to be difficult. But Lisa assured me that they could have someone available to help me do a move out cleaning and packing. The lady (Sheena) that came was beyond outstanding! Having a disability which doesnt allow me to stand for long periods of time, can create a delay in getting things done by days sometimes. I used this service for over a year. Originally I dealt solely with Shawn and he was good about responding and handling any issues. Then over the past couple of months there was always a little issue with my cleaning. Corners not swept etc.
The last "cleaning" I was billed for was a joke. I think they vacuumed the one room with carpet and that is it. My hardwood floors still had visible dirt my sinks were obviously not cleaned. I coud not be more pleased with The Chore Experts. I called Sean and Lisa to schedule a cleaning for a client. Not only did they promptly return calls, but they were able to work around my client's schedule. The person that they sent to clean the house, Maria, was so great that my client is interested in using her regularly. I'm getting my house ready to sell on the market quickly. The Chore Experts have an easy to understand and complete quote request that was quickly answered by email (which I appreciate-I hate phone calls).

The Chore Experts were awesome! They were recommended to me from a friend and they came through for us when we needed it most. On moving day we realized that our new home wasn't cleaned properly & we were in a bind. Shawn (the owner) was more than accommodating, got his crew out to the home and they did an outstanding job.
