Mitch and Cheri both come from families that had their own businesses so it's easy to say that business is in their blood. Mitch began his first cleaning business in Columbia, SC in 1998 and later sold it to live and teach overseas. Moving back to the US they started Jonquil Carpet Cleaning and Restoration in Smyrna, Ga.
Mitch is the Owner/Operator of Jonquil Carpet Cleaning and has been professionally trained and certified to clean your carpets, upholstery, and tile according to IICRC industry standards. He also has a Master Rug Cleaner Certification to clean all types of rugs- from modern rugs to fine Persian Rugs.

We chose the Jonquil name because it is the name of a flower (called Jonquil, see below (What is a Jonquil?)) that helps keep the city beautiful. Our hope is that our service to others will reflect the beauty, design, and purpose given to this world by our common Creator. Ultimately, He is the primary source of all that's good, clean and beautiful.
A: We know you have a busy life, and we want to provide you a service as fast and effectively as possible. There are several factors when considering how long it may take for us to clean your home- the biggest factor would come down to how much space we have to cover in one session. Naturally, smaller areas will take less time.
We recognize not only that carpets are one of the most substantial investments in a home or business, but that there are many types of carpets and stains that require different cleaning applications and solutions. With 12 years experience, we will take the time to do the absolute best job possible to protect that investment.
Application of a special pre-conditioner spray to break down oiling or sticky substances left behind by spills, food, body oils, etc. This is one of the most important parts of the cleaning process. Pre-vacuum all surfaces to be cleaned using CRI certified commercial-grade vacuums equipped with HEPA filters.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the family-owned business of Jonquil Carpet Cleaning and Restoration. They are 1000% professional, experienced and answered an emergency call when stains appeared on a new area rug that we suspect had been stained by asphalt! (occurring from nearby road resurfacing which must have gotten embedded in a tire tread, fell off in the garage and then was tracked inside!) Thank you Mitch! You are the absolute BEST!

Provided prompt and great service... while they charge slightly more than the "big guys" they do a more thorough job including vacuuming with a commercial vacuum and using a brush machine to remove pet hair before steam cleaning. They also moved furniture to clean underneath as requested at the time of estimate. The extra cost is well worth it in my opinion. Also, they didn't try an up-sell me on deodorizers or "protection" These guys are a local small operation as well, just a guy, his wife, and his son. I will use again next time I need cleaning.
