Selling a house in Sanford, realtor said i needed a repipe. Called Emerald got a quote, set date for repair. Thy pulled permits, did job in 3 hours, sent in drywall crew and inspector next day, even got my 20 year old water heater replaced. Can't really see what they did, can't really even tell they were here except for all new connections. Would use again just hoping I never have to.

I hired Emerald Plumbing to repipe my whole house due to potential further leaks. They replaced my outdated pipes (flowguard cpvc) with pex pipes (Zurn pex). I wanted to repipe the whole house because i have a friend that had the same type of piping and their house was flooded when a pipe burst.
They were able to perform the repipe job in one day and they were done before I was even finished working for the day. We had a water heater issue and over the phone the technician diagnosed the problem to save us a service call fee that would result in a recommendation to replace the water heater. We hired them for the replacement and they did it fast and the price was very much in line with other quotes we received I would recommend them highly

The best plumbing company! Emerald re-piped (all new water pipes) our home due to old, leaking copper pipes. Not only were they fast at completing the job in less than a day, their quality and professionalism were excellent. Special thanks to the team - Roger, Eoghan, James, Brandon, and Danny. After the second slab leak in our 30+ yr old house we decided to do a total repipe. We were apprehensive about this given that our two story home would be a challenge. We were fortunate to find Hugo at Emerald who, with his calm confidence, convinced us to go with Emerald even though they were not the cheapest. They were not the most expensive either. We love this company!! We just moved to Orlando and have used them 4 times. Every plumber was super nice, smart and a did a great job! They also found a leak at my dad’s condo that 2 other plumbing companies couldn’t. Very reliable and affordable. The office personnel is also awesome with scheduling and communication. Emerald plumbing is currently in our community working on replacing our poly butyryl pipes. Besides doing a great job with replacing the pipes, they are just great people!!! I am Currently walking with a walker due to recent surgeries and was on my way to the dumpster with my trash when one of the Emerald Plumbing guys ran up and asked me if he could take care of it for me!! He was so kind and I greatly appreciated his help! This company goes above and beyond not only in their services but also with their customer service and just plain people skills!! This was the fastest plumbing install I've had too. When I got the bill at the end I was so shocked. Their pricing is much more reasonable and affordable than others. I could not believe how much I saved versus getting scammed by other companies I used to use. The previous company I used charged me 4x what they charged me for the exact same thing. Next time I need a plumber, I will be calling them. I wish I had known about them earlier. Thank you for caring about customers!

I give them 5 stars for plumbing. The team that came to my house to replumb the place was fantastic. Prompt, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. All the young men (Roger, Joe, James, Jacob, Sean #2 and Frank) were absolutely great. They worked well, quickly, explained everything as they did it, and made sure we were satisfied and knew what to expect next, since they had to make several holes in the dry wall to get to the pipes. After using Emerald for 10 years and spending 5000 bucks or so, I'm now a former customer. Emerald made me wait 4 days for a plumber, then stood me up. I called Herrell Plumbing, who sent a guy to my house within an hour. Let's see: 4 days, no show vs 1 hour, results. Yes, I have a new plumber. I will never wait 4 days again for a plumber.

My handyman does everything - except for plumbing. When he has a plumbing job he calls Emerald. Well, that is a good enough endorsement for me. I have used Emerald for several small jobs over the years. Things like replacing a water heater, replacing a bathtub spout, replacing a leaking riser line from the the bathtub diverter to the shower head and other things along those lines.
Their prices per hour are fair - a lot better than some others I have called to check their rates. Most importantly, they do quality work. They show up when promised, clean up the work area and are friendly.
