Mark and his crew came to my house and replaced my gas water heater. They encountered unexpected issues and were still able to finish the job in a timely, professional manner. Mark also did some additional work and did not charge me due to my own personal circumstances. I was pleased with the work and the way that I was treated.

Mark Long and his son do excellent work. I have used them many times over the years. They have fixed leaky pipes and installed a complicated vintage faucet. They are pleasant. Mark's wife Denise answers the phone and does all the scheduling so communication is always great.

This is a family business that does a great job. I have used them a few times now for different jobs - they have done a small re-pipe in my attic, installed a new p-trap, and rebuilt my leaking shower valves; and I have been very satisfied. These jobs were done right the first time and I have had zero issues with their workmanship. They also have been able to get out to my house faster than the big companies. I will continue to call them every time I have plumbing need, and recommend them 100%.

I couldn't have asked for more; spot-on estimate, great service, exceptional knowledge, and a fair price. I sent photos and some details and Mark quickly gave an estimate. Him and his son worked quickly and more importantly, meticulously, thoroughly making sure both sink drains and the adjusted pipework were all sealed and connected tightly. This is definitely the team that I am going to call for any future plumbing needs and the team I would recommend you work with as well.

Great team of plumbers! Called them on a Sunday and they were fast to respond. We texted them a picture of 70 year old pipes. Gave us a reasonable quote. I was shocked on how good the rate was. Guys were amazing and fast once they arrived. So glad we got a hold of them.

Excellent customer service, actual person. Both the evaluation and the repair was outstanding. Long's Plumbing is someone I would highly recommend as they were prepared for the worse possible condition, even thou the repair was easier. You can't beat the expert knowledge, experience, quality and pricing. In addition the clean Long's does is another great attribute.
