Very happy with their service. Took the necessary steps to fix my clogged toilet. They were at my home within 2 hours after I called. I thought because it was raining very hard I would have to wait. All "Covid" precautions were taken by the tech. They even texted me as a follow up and wished me a Happy New Year.! Would definitely use them again.

I sure like these guys whenever I have to have plumbing work done - sigh. This morning I needed them to come over an unplug a toilet - yuck. Tony answered my call ... practically on the first ring and had a plumber arriving at my house within an hour. Sean was my plumber, arrived masked (thank you for respecting that the pandemic continues!) and was SO polite and courteous. Within an hour - my toilet was unplugged and ready to go - at a fair price. I can unequivocally recommend this company. As a matter of fact - I just sent a friend their contact information too.

Would give them 6 stars if I could. I had a plumbing emergency right before going away for a family event. They responded right away and assured me someone would arrive in 2-3 hours. Daniel diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was knowledgeable, professional, honest, and fair. There were tree roots in the main line. He cleared out the pipe and explained the short and longer term ways to resolve the problem.

I had someone install new sprinklers in my yard and was told that my water pressure regulator was not working and that I needed to replace it soon because it could cause my pipes to burst or leak if too much pressure was going through them. I called a few plumbers that could not come until the next morning but I was worried and needed my pressure regulator replace ASAP. I called the Plumbing Boys and they told me they could replace it and be there in 15 minutes. They should up on time, were extremely professional, gave me a decent price based on the short notice appointment, and replaced my regulator

My experience with plumbing boys was great. Tony was courteous. I called him during the day, he said he might be able to send a plumber the next day. However, he said to give him a few minutes and bam! He managed to get one to come to my house in a few hours, same day.
Daniel came over and worked around my issue. He didn't give up :) and managed to fix the issue. I will definitely return to them for any future work. Thank you Tony for fitting me in. I recently called Plumbing Boys to take care of a stoppage issue in one of the toilets in my condo. Two previous plumbers attempted but weren't able to solve it. Tony, the owner, sent Josh. He was friendly, professional, explained how he was going to take care of the problem and kept at it until it was resolved. He and his partner, Austin, ran a snake and after pulling out some baby wipes (not ours) that were trapped in the pipes, augured the pipes again and the toilet was flushing fine.

I thought I had given a review to these guys. WAY Overdue. I was referred Tony and Sam from another vendor of mine many many years ago.. He's been a preferred vendor ever since.
