Easy, quick and affordable. They are awesome for watch repair. $11 to change out my battery which beats what I was quoted in downtown Summerlin at $64!! Definitely worth a visit if you need any repairs at all. They also have a very nice selection of watches and jewelry.

I have had really horrible arthritis. My wedding ring was unable to come off of my finger. I read the reviews and went to see if they could help. They were amazing. I would continue to use them for everything. They were nice, professional and awesome to work with.

I contacted the business through Yelp and got an immediate response. I was a new customer looking only to have a stone I already have set in a setting made by another jeweler in the past. They offered a fair price, fast service, an no attitude about doing work on jewelry they didn't sell me. When I was in the shop I was able to see that they make quality pieces, and I met a customer who swears she won't go elsewhere. I'm glad to support a local business and grateful for the quality and value of the work they performed.

This is a family owned business which I always love to support. You truly made my husband's Christmas thank you so much he has been searching for this black diamond crusted cross for over five years. I appreciate you helping me make him smile!

I was devastated when my necklace broke. (It was a gift and I wear it every day) I was able to get a quote prior to coming into this wonderful store! When I came in, I was out in less than 30 minutes. Staff was very friendly and efficient.

I've used this store for several different things over the years and they have always been super helpful, quick, and well priced.
They replace my watch batteries and are always quick and very well priced.
I've also gone to them with another store's botched jewelry (my engagement ring) repair and they could have just charged me to do what I was asking. Instead they told me what to say to the other jeweler to get them to fix what they botched.
I did and it worked! The Jewelry Salon has earned my business for my fine jewelry needs.

We had our platinum wedding bands made here. Jill and Mario were so great when I wasn't quite happy with my ring (when I changed my mind (because it didnt quite work with my engagement ring) they were fantastic, compassionate and had no problems fixng it before we got married. We will definitely go back in the future & highly recommend them for all your jewelry needs. A huge Thank You to you both!

I was looking for a really nice set of diamond stud earrings for my wife. I knew what I wanted to pay and I had a trade-in to offer. The Jewelry Salon worked with me in every aspect. Together, we worked out a great deal. Timing was a critical issue for me, since I faced a very close deadline (my fault). The staff told me they could meet my deadline by doing anything necessary. And, they did exactly that, by opening the store on a day they are normally closed! The end product (stud earrings), was absolutely spectacular!!! I brought my mom in to have her ring cleaned before leaving the next day on a vacation. While we were there we inquired about having my wife's emerald wedding ring repaired, which our jeweler back homes said could not be done because the stone would crack. We left both rings with them and came back the next day to pick them up before our flight. My wife's wedding ring never looked better, and mom was very happy to see her ring shining again. After such a positive experience we asked if they could set a lose stone we had in a a setting and we would pick it up upon our return from vacation. But unfortunately

Not only were they well priced but they were very helpful in fixing my jewelry in a timely matter! They fixed my watch for me right then and there in a matter of minutes, my ring now fits perfectly, AND I have a lovely necklace I bought from there! STAY AWAY FROM THE JEWELRY SALON IN SUMMERLIN!

Took in an item for repair and promised by owner it would be done in a week and I would be called with and estimate prior. I was never contacted with an appraisal so I called them. The day the work was to be done, they hadn't even begun working on it. I was promised another call "within and hour" with the estimate. NEVER GOT the second call as promised.

Realizing this just wasn't going to work, I made a special trip to get the item. I was then informed "the item isn't here." WHAT? I wasn't told

A gem of a jewelry salon in Summerlin.. I had a specific wide wedding band I wanted made. I knew it would be a challenge.. The owners,Jill and her husband,Mario, were more than up to it.
With just a photo and multiple fittings and tweaks, they were incredible.. Mario was willing to do whatever it took to achieve my dream ring... He nailed it!!
I am willing to say, whether it's replacing a watch battery or starting from scratch, Mario is a brilliant talent..
I wish it could give them 10 stars!!!
