Asher Masino (of Lauer Realty Group) is knowledgeable, upfront, effective, and a delight to work with. Asher helped my partner and I find the house that we just finished moving into, and we are so happy with our new home!

It took a year to get the process of buying our dream house and selling our old home. And Tobi Silgman was there every step of the way. She has this way of helping me and my wife to understand each other better as we navigated our different desires in a new home. She guided us on how to maximize the sale of our existing home. She was never impatient, never pushy, never gave a hint that she was interested in anything other than helping us make the right decisions. I never plan to use anyone else as a realtor. She is just the best.

We moved to Madison from Washington DC back in 2006 not knowing a soul, and Mark Gladue was tremendous in facilitating the move for us. Mark shared his good friendly nature and had a genuine concern for our wants and needs in a home, working along side us until we found the right one. I can't remember how many homes he toured with us, but I can tell you he helped us find the right one, we've been here for 15 years -- and Mark still takes the time to keep in touch. If you're looking for realtor, you simply won't find any better.

We used Lauer Realty Group to buy our first house and sell our condo and were overall not impressed with our experience. We worked with Colin for the purchase and Mark for the condo sale. The house search process and bid went well but when it came time for the remaining items such as finalizing financing and confirming insurance and the associated timelines we felt a little on our own.
The condo selling process did not go as expected. They helped us list the property but other than that we spoke only a few times during the ~3 months it was on the market. We reached out for feedback on how to improve

Called Liz Saturday and told her I was looking to purchase something around Oct if things worked out. Explained what I was looking for and my price range. She promised to text me so I could email her the details as well. Guess my budget of 175000 wasn't enough for her she never texted. I wouldn't recommend or use her company ever again. Look elsewhere for a more responsive realtor.

Working with Minh and Tobi was such a pleasure. I was a very needy costumer and they never dropped the ball. The house sold as soon as it went on the market, in large part to their knowledge and experience. When we needed to look at homes they gave up time whenever we needed and worked around our busy schedule. We probably looked at over 30 homes before finding the perfect one. Thanks for all your ongoing help and support Minh and Tobi. If you are selling, buying or both these two are the only ones you need to work with in realty.
