Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Quality
Kara is a professional when she teaches her class on Tuesdays. She starts off with some gentle stretches on the floor and progresses through to some more complex standing poses. It is a good flow for the beginner and I feel a difference even after 2 sessions!

Amazing studios and wonderful people. Warm, beautiful energy that could not have come into my life at a better time. Coming back into fitness from injury has been an extremely frustrating experience. Since joining the studio, classes have truly helped me to let go of the pain and frustration and now heal the mental aspect of the injury, living a more pain free life. Highly recommend any location!

I am in town for work for one night and was so excited to try this place out! However I was extremely disappointed to find out that after paying for class and scheduling a day in advance online I was unable to attend. I arrived 5 min late due to car difficulty in the morning, then I arrive at the studio to find the door is locked and no one at the front desk to help. Unless you are early looks like you can't attend the rise and shine yoga, so don't be late! It's ridiculous that there was no one to help, I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience or rather lack there of.

First, as far as signing up on the website, don't bother... it says there are tons of spots but when you get there it's almost full.... i wnt for the BAR class, having done ballet and nursing a shoulder injury i figured staying on my feet for as much of the class as possible would be great.... i think in total we did 5 minutes on the bar,, the rest was a challenging core workout with the plank as the base for many of the exercises... the teacher was good and clear and the workout was good if that's what you wanted, but if you sign up for bar work you will be disappointed... the room is hot,,, but

The best way to warm up during these cold upstate New York winters is by doing some hot yoga. I literally feel the stress melt away. The Hot Yoga Spot's instructors are all fantastic, especially Vicki. I always feel challenged during and refreshed afterward.
My only complaint is that the lobby/locker area in front is too small. It gets super crowded before and after class so I'm usually standing around waiting to check in or for an opening to grab my stuff.
