1st of all, our home and heating system is over 50 years old so even finding someone capable of working on the heating system was a problem.
Finally after having 3 technicians out, we found RPM and they were more than capable, fixed our heating system in a timely and professional manner, And at a reasonable cost. I have to add two of the 1st three workman wanted to sell us a new system and weren’t even able to tell us what was wrong with our heating system. I was so impressed by RPM that when we replace our heating and cooling system I am going to give them the contract of installing a new replacement

Michael was out at our house a few times prior to the installation. They were able to fit us in while we were in the process of a remodel. The equipment was installed by professionals. They were able to use some of our current ducting so it help to keep the cost down. I would definitely recommend RPM for all of the services they provided!

My home warranty set me up with company as a contractor. They have not once answered my phone calls or returned my voicemails. They automatically assigned me a service window via text confirmation. That was supposed to be today between 11am-3pm. They missed the window and again have not answered my phone calls. My warranty company was able to get a hold of them once and said the technician was running late and would reach out to me shortly. He never reached out and never showed up. Needless to say, I’m taking my business elsewhere.

I was recommended by a coworker whose opinion I value. I was very impressed by the service I received for my HVAC units. The technician Michael did a very good job explaining to me what my unit needed as well as what was not needed. I appreciated his integrity.
I would highly recommend this company as I felt he did a very thorough job as compared to previous HVAC companies who had serviced my unit. They came out promptly as well as return the next day to finish up with parts that were needed. Again I was very impressed by the fair pricing for services rendered.

Service was excellent on my air conditioner that wasn’t working at all. The problem was quickly identified and fixed for what I considered a very reasonable price. I’d also like to add that I really appreciated how Michael went the extra mile to explain the problem. He was friendly and courteous, worked around my schedule and did a great job of making sure he vacuumed up the small amount of debris that fell when he replaced vent covers. Little things like that are appreciated! I’ve already highly recommended RPM Heating and Air Conditioning to my next door neighbor, and now I’m highly recommending

A huge 5 star shout out to RPM! The company that installed our new system went out of business and after contacting many companies large and small that either couldn't come out for days or wanted to charge an exorbitant amount Tammy had Michael on his way in 20 minutes. Michael went above and beyond inspecting all the components and answering my 100+ inquisitive questions. What stood out the most was his honesty, from the get go he complimented how well the former company did installing our unit. I highly recommend RPM if you are looking for honesty and integrity!!!

Excellent service. My AC was repaired and tuned up quickly. It works like new. I requested new vent covers because mine were just plain old and ugly. What I especially appreciated was when the inevitable debris fell when removing the old vent covers, he vacuumed up every spec of dirt or dust leaving my floors as clean as when he arrived. That may see like a small thing, but it wasn't to me. Not all repairmen are so considerate. Five stars is well deserved for expertise, efficiency, reliability, and for being a really nice person.

I have ONEGAURD, and they hired these folks for a maintenance check on my two Air-conditioning units. They promised a time between 845am and 145pm and never showed, instead sent a cancellation noticed at 5pm. What a waste of a day!!
I even tried calling them but they have a Google voice phone number and it just rang and rang. This alone should be cause for concern.
Also, google them first!! They have a massive amount of complaints that should give you pause for concern!!
I would not listen to these positive reviewed, they really are fake!

I went into my hvac experience wary and uneducated and was absolutely astounded by the level of service Mike and his team performed. if you are looking for a family owned small buisness that stands by their work, is incredibly responsive and has a impeccable level of client focus then you need to book these guys. The work ethic they displayed exceeded any expectation i had and i couldn't be happier with our air conditioning (they completely overhauled our system) thank you Rpm!

Michael and his team were awesome! They worked on designing and installing a whole new hvac system, that is incredibly state of the art and energy efficient. Michael was very patient with us when we asked for all the top of the line equipment and worked hours to make what we wanted work. All the other 6 contractors, I had estimates from, gave up, but not Michael. The installation was a little tricky in our older home but his team never said no. They found a solution to every issue that arose. We were more than pleased with the price and unbelievable service. Don't hesitate to call Michael

WOW!!! My neighbor referred me to RPM Heating and Air. This company is extremely professional, friendly, kind, confident, considerate and they really really care about their customers. Not only were they fast and efficient but Bob took the time to be very helpful and making sure I knew how to operate the system efficiently. I will not hesitate to refer them to anyone because they are the real deal. My heating and air conditioning system is already saving me on my monthly bill.
