I am rarely excited about spending money on repairs but Alpha Mechanical was fantastic. This is one of the few times I’ve had repairs and not wondered if I was ripped off.
Scheduling was easy. They were on time. Everything was clean. So happy I found them. Will use them when we replace our system. Very happy.

My AC was blowing out mild air and unfortunately these were the first guys I called. The tech came out and knew within 2 min my capacitator was bad. Mind you not I know nothing about ACs.
While he went to grab the part in his truck I looked up how much a capacitator cost. $20!! Brand new. This guy ended up charging me $320 for a used capacitator. For a 15min job I got charged 10x the cost of the part. I didn't feel like bickering because it was so hot but beware THESE PEOPLE WILL RIP YOU OFF.

It's the worst to get a AC failure when it's a hundred degrees outside. I called Alpha Mechanical at 11:30 and they were there at 1! The tech got to work. He had the parts on hand to fix the problem and my AC was back to cool!

Andrey sent someone out right away. Tech was polite and professional. Andrey discussed my options with me and everything went very quick and smooth. Highly recommend this company, from start to finish. Andrey made sure everything was right on track. The 2 team tech's worked hard all day to finish the job. The only reason for 4/5 was that in the quote, they mentioned that it would be $79 just for a service call and that would be applied to any repairs. Andrey discovered that it was a disconnected fuse and was able to re-connect. There was no discussion of additional cost of what was happening. So when he said it was $170, I was surprised. I also have not yet received a quote or bill - he told me I would be receiving it via email.

I chose Alpha Mechanical based on the reviews here. It turned out totally accurate, it was a 5 star experience. My a/c was out and I booked an appointment on their site two days out.
Andrey called within minutes and sent out a tech, David, who came out within the hour, without my even asking. I was lucky in this regard.
David promptly arrived, assessed the situation and fixed it for a reasonable price. He was very friendly and professional and it couldn't have been a better experience. They will be my first call, should I need service again.
