In Life no two people are the same. So, every funeral should be designed to celebrate the uniqueness of one's life. The Family and Staff of JP Holley Funeral Home are committed to providing meaningful ways for families to grieve their loss and celebrate the memories of their loved one. The Question "Why Personalize a Service" is frequently asked.

The most important reason if because it's a benefit to the family who is grieving the loss of its loved one. Personalizing offers a visual record of a life lived. There are as many ways to customize a service, visitation or viewing as there are individuals. Some ideas to consider could be bringing in and displaying articles that were important to the person, or that expressed his or her character in some way.
Services
Holley & Son's Funeral Home was founded 1917 by Katherine Weston and William Scott Holley. There first Funeral Home location was located in Gadsden SC. The founders created a Burial Aid Society and Monument Service. Which allowed them the opportunity to help their community by providing funeral services and monuments to families that may not have always had the monetary means.
When planning a service, you have many options available to you and we will do all that we can to provide a beautiful and respectful ceremony. No matter your choice, we can offer you a space to join with family and friends in grief, comfort and love. And above all, we will do our utmost to honor your loved one.
Immediate Burial: Your loved one would be buried or entombed without a visitation, a funeral service, or gathering. Graveside Service: Typically, this type of service is a small gathering at the cemetery to honor the life of your loved one before he/she is laid to rest. Funeral Service: A specified time that usually takes place at the funeral home or at a church.
In these situations, immediately call 911. The police and emergency medical personnel will then determine the appropriate steps to be taken. Often, the police can release directly to JP Holley Funeral Home. However, in certain cases, your loved one may need to be transferred to the Medical Examiner's office to determine the cause of death.
Webhealing.com, the first interactive grief website on the internet, offers discussion boards, articles, book suggestions, and advice for men and women working through every aspect of grief. The site's founder, Tom Golden LCSW, has provided book excerpts and contact information to help those healing from loss.

It is an old established funeral home. Our family was treated with kindness and the staff was very professional. We highly recommend this funeral home in your time of need.

This is the most unprofessional dirty funeral home I have ever been to. They made me pay for all services before I could leave as if they were going to make me take the body if I did not. No one can answer questions on the phone before 10:30 and they never call you back.
