Someone in my house is seriously ill and these ambulance-chasing ghouls had the abysmally poor taste to send me a "questionnaire" to "better serve the needs in my community."
I don't even live in North. I guess "destination funerals" are a thing now.
In the letter the sent, they tried to say they sent this to everyone in my community as a general mailer. Which is demonstrably not true, because it had our name and address on it.
So not only are they a bunch of ghouls, but they're dishonest ghouls.
