The following is our class schedule which may change from time to time as we add or delete different classes. These are ALL of the fitness classes offered by FitMix Group Fitness and Personal Training of Valdosta. FitMix started as a 'class only' and has evolved into Body Sculpting, Kickboxing, Barre Above, Pilates, Tabata, HIIT training and Yoga - a "mix" of classes to help you gain the most out of your workouts.
The FitMix program is designed for you to take 3-4 classes per week for maximum results. The classes are broken down by body part rather than by class type, to give you the convenience and affordability of a group fitness class, but with the benefits of personal training. Fit Mix is a unique blend of kickboxing, body-sculpting, yoga & Pilates that will get you excited about exercise! The classes are broken down by body part so it works much like personal training, but with the affordability of group fitness. I have been training for 24 years and I have never lost my passion for fitness since day one.
A fitness trainer can help you achieve your goals. They are there to motivate you, guide you and help you to do your best, whether you are already fit, are just getting started, or have injuries that require extra attention. Having a trainer there to coach you is one of the best decisions you can make if you like the one on one personal attention provided by FitMix Trainers.

Fit Mix itself is my original class, based on personal training yet with the affordability and fun of a group fitness environment. When I first began teaching it I named it FitMix, due to the way I designed it.

We have a variety of fitness classes to choose from that are for beginners all the way to advanced. If you are looking for more one on one or have a friend that you both would like personal training, we offer that also.
If you are in need of immediate assistance, sending a text is a good way to get in touch with her as she responds within a couple hours. If she is in a personal training session or teaching a group fitness class, she will respond as soon as possible after the session she's teaching.
