Rena' is our true southern born Georgia girl. She has worked in the dental field since 1985 and has been with our Old Milton family since 2004. She wants everyone to be proud of their own smile by teaching them how to take the best care of their oral health. She and her husband of over 30 years have one son and they love to spend their time at sporting events or hiking and chasing waterfalls.

Dr. Mazer and his staff are amazing. I’ve been going there since 2010 when I broke one of my crowns. The front desk girls are professional and very nice. My hygienist, Renee, is the best. I had my teeth cleaned the other day and my teeth have never been whiter. She’s such a sweet, bubbly and caring person.

Yesterday was my first visit to Old Milton Dental. I was impressed with all aspects of the business. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and my wait was less than 5 minutes. The hygienist, Kaitlin gave me the best cleaning I've ever had. The dentist, Corey Mazer made me feel like I was his most important patient even though we had never met. All in all a first class experience. I would never consider going anywhere else.

My wife had come here prior to my first visit and highly recommended I also switch to OMD. INCREDIBLE experience. Every member of the staff went over and above to provide intentional care and service. Megan was extremely thorough and made the xrays, scans, and cleanings such a comfortable experience I could've fallen asleep in the chair. Both she and Dr. Jarvis made me feel like family, and I could tell they had my best interest for dental health in mind (rather than what I've experienced in other offices where they try to push every additional and unnecessary cosmetic procedure at you). My first visit, staff was friendly and my cleaning was very good. Took lots of time with me and made sure they had everything they needed to give me a detailed status of my dental care. Very impressed, dentist pointed out a flaw in two of my crowns that had open margins. I already knew about them but the fact she pointed them out on the first visit was impressive.

Absolutely amazing staff. We saw two techs in the elevator walking up to the office, and even from that moment, to check-in, and all the way to check out -- every single person was so kind to us. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the Hygienist who cleaned my teeth, but she was probably the kindest person there. Extremely nice and knowledgeable.

I was always petrified of going to the dentist knowing i needed some major work done. I went to a few other places that were either totally insensitive or just disconnected. Dr. Reid is AWESOME and guys I'm not just saying this to say it, she is literally AWESOME! She genuinely cares, talks to you about your treatment plan in details and makes sure you are OK. Not happy , I had an extraction, then and implant installed at there recommended Dr. I went back to have the impression for the crown . At the counter I was asked to pay $3640 for the new crown installed. They would only have to measure, impression, order the crown, and screw it in every thing else was done. I questioned the price, suggested that it seemed high, finally opted to shop other dentists in the area. My first call to a competitor got me a price of $2500 less a 10% first time discount. That's $1390 less within 5 minutes of shopping. I have seen many other reviews about there pricing

Everyone I know there is outstanding. They are your dentist, but honestly treat you like a loving relative.
They are punctual, attentive and give extra love to your lips with this amazing chap stick during procedures. Oh, did I mention you get to keep your tube??

My husband and I needed a new dentist after moving to GA, and we are SO happy we decided on Old Milton Dental. Every single person we spoke to was delightful and so sweet. We had a pair of very thorough new patient exams, with tons of scans and images. Of course, the first visit was a bit long, but it is worth it to be able to track how our teeth change. The cleaning itself was very good and was not unbearable at all. I laid back in my chair and watched HGTV the entire time. I was a person who hated the dentist, but I can honestly say I am looking forward to going back.

My mouth was a complete mess. I needed fillings, crowns, cleaning. They fixed problems made by my prior dentist; bite not adjusted properly after fillings which later broke and damage was so bad it required crowns. The lack of adjustment resulted in slow erosion/destruction of teeth over one year period. I could clearly see the difference in attention to detail that Dr. Powell has VS my prior dentist. Oh, and this is just as important, the staff there; they all like each other. It's a happy office. Full of life! It gave me a sense of relief, which was an unexpected benefit that was serendipitous

Ridiculously high prices! Great service and very knowledgeable, friendly staff but the highest prices for dental services I've ever encountered. A Resin Composite-3s Posterior filling was $437 (do research as this is well over double what the procedure traditionally cost). The practice also does not have in-network insurance companies, so be prepared to pay. Once again, great service and experience, but other dentists with great reviews offering similar services for a fraction of the cost.

My dentist is Dr. Mazer and my hygienist is Leslie. Dr. Mazer is always welcoming and is an excellent dentist. I've had several fillings done as well as my twice yearly cleanings and it is always a great experience. I love that my crazy questions are always answered with professionalism and to make me feel comfortable. Leslie is the sweetest person you'll ever meet, is so gentle with my teeth, and I always look forward to catching up with her during my visit. If you need a dentist who does excellent work and really cares about their patients then give Old Milton Dental a try.

Dr Cory Mazer at Old Milton Dental is my dentist. He is exceptional. I do not fear having my mouth numbed because the process is painless with Dr Mazer. The staff is very professional, kind and caring. Renee, my hygienist, has a very light touch. My whole family goes there. Dr Mazer is great with children too! My grandchildren march right in for their visits!

I wish that I could give them more than 5 stars, so in lieu, I'm leaving reviews wherever I can. I've lived in 6 states and had 7 dentists over the last 15 years, and none of them can even come close to Dr. Mazer and his staff at Old Milton Dental. I got a new insurance policy and had some fine print in it that I missed, and I would've had to pay a lot of money after the fact for my dental work. Without asking, and understanding the situation, Old Milton Dental took care of a lot of the charges so that I could stay within my expected budget. I don't ever plan to switch dentists

I inquired about initial fees, and was told the first cleaning and x-rays was a discounted rate of $129; they would bill my insurance company and accept that amount as payment in full. My insurance company paid $246, which was $117 MORE than their "courtesy rate" of $129.

I recently went for a cleaning as a brand new patient. The staff was great. The cleaning was great. BUT they tried to tell me I needed almost $8000 in dental work. I've been to this type of dentist before so I went to another dentist for a second opinion. They recommended 1 filling, NOT $8000 worth of fillings and crowns.
The prices here are super high! And they recommended things that were simply not necessary.

For the past few years I've had a horrible dental experience. Every time I would go to the office, not even joking, the entire staff would change. Even the dentist. I was never able to build a relationship with my dentist because it was a different person each time! That should have been a red flag. But, they never really explained things well either, and I always felt like they were just trying to offer the most expensive option without my best interest in mind.

Dr. Corey Mazer was recommended to me by Dr. Chris Gauquie, my old dentist in Greenville, NC when I told him I was moving to Alpharetta. I had my first new patient visit and cleaning, and a follow up to replace a filling a few weeks ago, and WOW this guy is good!
Let me start by saying if they find your decomposed body at the bottom of a lake, they will have no trouble identifying you based on Dr. Mazer's dental records.
