Here at North Hampton Animal Hospital, we are very proud to offer our veterinary services to North Hampton, NH and the surrounding areas. Our goal at North Hampton Animal Hospital is to offer the very best in veterinary care to our patients. We believe in continuing education and learning as much as possible so we can offer the highest quality and most up-to-date veterinary care.
Dr. Kelleher is a native of the North Hampton community, having attended both grade school and high school in the area. He has always been around animals, spending many years involved with 4-H, and having been exposed to and cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, sheep, cattle, and goats while in grade and high school.
Your pets are members of your family. When they aren't feeling their best, it affects everyone. Maintaining your animal companion's good health and wellbeing is our primary goal at North Hampton Animal Hospital. We achieve this goal by delivering exceptional service, practicing quality medicine, and maintaining excellent communication.
As veterinary prices continue to increase, owners are conflicted. They want to be able to do everything they can for their pets. However, finances are often a deciding factor when it comes to figuring out how to take care of pets, even if that does not allow for the best course of action. It is heartbreaking when owners have to make veterinary decisions based on the money, but, unfortunately, it happens more often than we like.

They send a text offering services but then when you try to make an appointment, it's 3 months out. It seems to me that if they are aware that they are booked so far out that they'd send the notice accordingly early. After 8 years, I'm very disappointed. Perhaps they are just overwhelmed, and I hope they can get their act together. Dr. Kelleher is a very good vet.

Impossible to make it better! The only thing that would make it better is if Roxie wasn’t terrorized before she found us!! We really appreciate your kindness and gentleness with her even though she’s beyond scared. We know she’s tough to deal with, but Sarah and this time Anita go above and beyond every time - as well as the doctors. We are grateful!!! 💗

We've only been clients here since the pandemic began and this has been a surprisingly easy and comfortable experience! Without even knowing how our dog feels about the vet and behaves around one (we adopted her in April and she is 5), she has only seemed calm and content with her time here. We are so grateful for the kind staff and ease that our dog seems to feel.

I took my cat here after seeing multiple vets regarding his chronic vomiting. First visit here we saw Dr. Mean who immediately was able to give us treatment plans and answers to find a diagnosis. My cat gained over one pound in one month after his first visit which was incredible as he lost almost two pounds in 7 months. Every time I have called with questions or concerns Dr. Mean is extremely helpful and kind. He always responds very quickly as well.
