I had not had my all carpets cleaned since 2019, i.e. before the pandemic so they really needed some care. Normandy did the same terrific job that I remembered removing all the stains, even from my Turkish and Pakistani carpets. The pick-up/delivery crew was very professional. Office staff promptly answered my questions about billing. I had a coupon in 2019 for ten percent off so I have asked to be put on the mailing list again. I will use Normandy again and would recommend them to others.

I let a leaking potted plant stain a nice woven rug. The stain was not removable. Per the owners suggestion, I asked them to cut down the rug about 12” on all 4 sides and eliminating the stain. The team who picked up, and brought the rug back were very good, moving my furniture and calling one hour before their arrival. This is a great little carpet company.

I'm still in shock at the extraordinary level of customer service!! First, they squeezed me in to clean a rug that had pet stains before Thanksgiving. The following week when the carpet still smelled from the chemicals they used, they offered to come back the day before Thanksgiving to rinse it. But because I have a child with chronic illness coming home, I decided to put the rug in the garage till after the holidays. When I called to reschedule they offered to pick the rug up and take it to really clean and rinse it free of charge.

VERY reasonable prices, polite, humble service.
They picked up two silk-covered, expensive (Henredon) Louis XV chairs that were in a smoker's house for 40 years. They cleaned the stains and got every scrap of smoke smell out of the down cushions. I was so pleased... Richard was as polite and professional as they come.
Highly recommend.

I used Normandy carpet to clean the wall to wall carpet in my home,, as well as oriental rugs and even my outdoor furniture cushions. They were excellent, Everything looks amazing! The guys that came out, arrived right on schedule, they were very professional. They explained the process, moved my furniture and put everything back as it was. Normandy Carpet is the best carpet cleaner to use in the Washington DC, Baltimore and Virginia area! I highly recommend them!!

Normandy Carpet came and cleaned my carpet and three area rugs. This was the first time that I used them and their technicians did a wonderful job of cleaning.
I had two Aubusson rugs, one very large and they had never been cleaned. Now they look just like I purchased them yesterday.
My carpet looked very fresh and clean when it dried fully and feels very clean. I am so happy with the results that I will call them only from now on and recommend them to all my friends.
