Custom part of my house had a structural flaw. (They never supported a load bearing point). It took 4 days for the to come look at it because they were too busy trying to prove there wasn't anything wrong. Have water showing up in my garage. They have come out many times to "try" to fix it. I went up to look what was wrong and found the issue in a few minutes. They cant even caulk a window correctly. Also installed damaged siding. Very unprofessional fixes. Had pooling water in my backyard and they came to "fix" the problem. Now I have about 10x more pooling water because

My sister and her husband recently built a new house with OBERER and had some difficulty with them...Too many to list...Be cautious and research...I've learned the hard way and now I research everything...However, I do understand that reviews can be isolated issues...That there can be two sides to any matter and sometimes the truth is in the middle...But when I read reviews that 2 or more people have posted about the same problem, well then you've got a problem...IMO.
