Love the floor plan of my house. A lot of great amenities. When we contacted them they aren’t overly friendly. I did have one big concern and that was creaking floors in a 2 story, Rob assured me it wouldn’t creak badly. He was wrong. This house creaks like it’s a hundred years old. On my 1 year walk thru I brought it up. Of course I was told there was nothing that could be done about it. I won’t even get into the flooding of the 1st and 2nd floors during construction that was so severe it totally saturated the sub floor. Still have video of that. And the concrete in the driveway is horrible
