Bulgawicz Law Firm
Our firm is headed by Susan L. Bulgawicz, who has over 20 years experience in the legal field. Susan became passionate about working specifically with Seniors after caring for her aging father. Today, our firm employs an additional associate who is also passionate about assisting you with creating an Estate Plan that will meet your family's needs for the future.

We also can assist you with the unique nature of dealing with issues related to Elder Law, Medicaid, Miller Trust, Lady Bird Deed, Probate and Business Law. We not only serve the Tomball community, but often assist families from Montgomery County as well. Probate is the court-supervised process of gathering a deceased person's assets and distributing them to creditors and beneficiaries.
Services
Susan has over 40 years of extensive legal and business experience, including 7 years as a solo practitioner and senior counsel. She earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1991 from South Texas College of Law and is a proud member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). Susan is dedicated to offering competent, compassionate, and affordable solutions for your Elder Law, Probate Law, and Estate Planning needs.
Civil Rights are the basic rights that are provided by every citizen of the country according to the constitution. The law gives every citizen the right to practice his or her religion, speak freely and to live in the country without any discrimination. Probate is the court-supervised process of gathering a deceased person's assets and distributing them to creditors and beneficiaries.
Who needs an Estate Plan? Virtually everyone that owns anything whether personal property (household and sentimental items, vehicles, digital) or real property, investments, bank accounts, etc. Regardless of the financial value of your tangible assets, if you want to determine who should receive your assets upon your death, you need an Estate Plan.
As loved ones get older, families often find themselves dealing with issues they never expected or had not even heard of. Senior citizens are a singular class of individuals that possess unique needs which sometimes require unique solutions. If you are confused about what documents need to be in place, Medicaid, or what you need to do next, you are not alone.
When a loved one dies, the family may need to go through the Texas probate process in order to properly administer the estate. Probate is the process of transferring ownership of a loved one's property to the intended beneficiaries. Property does not automatically transfer upon your loved one's death.

My husband and I just got our wills and other legal documents done. We used Ryan at this firm. We each had a will, durable power of attorney, medical power of attorney, advanced directives, and HIPAA forms completed. Ryan was great. He was helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Everything was done well and in a timely manner. The price was quoted up front and there were no surprise or extra charges. I highly recommend this firm!

Critical: Responsiveness
I had consultation with Susan. I understood there would be no charge for consultation. She just took information, really did nothing and I was charged $150.00. She was supposed to call me, but over a week, and no call.

This entire office is incredible !
Susan work with my Mom with her family Trust until she recently passed away. Because my mom was well taken care of by my my dad Susan had the patience and empathy to work with her.
When mom passed our family partnered with Ryan to set up our Will, Trust, Directives and all. Loved that he could explain things in layman terms. Thank you for the caring and peace of mind!

I have been working very closely with the Bulgawicz Law Firm over the past 5 years on a very 'sticky' family matter. Throughout the YEARS, Susan and Terri have worked diligently and extremely compassionately to help support me and my family in many different regards. The project is now complete and I could not have accomplished what we did in the time we did it in without this support. If you need a top-notch lawyer (and support team) that is compassionate, dedicated, and customer-oriented, Bulgawics Law Firm is a place that has exceeded my expectations!!!

If you are looking for a compassionate professional Elder Law Attorney Susan Bulgawicz is the best. Her staff is just as caring as she is in getting you an appointment with Bulgawicz Law Firm. My Mother needed medicaid and definitely would not have qualified if it was not the expertise of Bulgawicz Law Firm. Also she makes sure all documents that you need, whether you are 21 or 91 are in place so families do not have to be destroyed when the time comes to probate or make other life decisions. " Susan Bulgawicz helps you take care of Mom and Dad"

Susan and her staff are such a pleasure to work with! They truly care about their clients and take a personal interest inn making the process as stress free as possible. The loss of a loved one can be a very painful and overwhelming time, the last thing you want to do is deal with protecting their estate. I would much rather have everything in place, with a competent person who can advise me how to protect my assets. Susan is that person.

My husband and I had just met with our Financial planner and he suggested that we have our will renewed. We took his advice and knew exactly who we could trust to take care of our will and plans for the future. Her workshop and consultation are so informative and her staff and her our so easy to work with. The Bulgawicz firm has helped us to eliminate the uncertainty and frustrations that we might have experienced without having our will renewed, So, much new information to know.
