I was able to get help for my urgent kitchen sink leak same day! Not only that, but my technician was able to arrive several hours earlier than expected. The job was done quickly, effectively and he was extremely professional. Just a great service from the scheduling office and the technician. I will be a repeat customer.

They showed up on time and immediately identified the problem. Embarrassingly it was something I should have been able to do myself in seconds! But they were nice enough to point it and ask for nothing, even though I had wasted their time. I'm grateful. You can tell a lot from how a company responds to a situation like this, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I called for what I thought was a leak in the wall and they were able to get me scheduled very quickly. My technician Trevor called ahead to let me know he was in route. When he arrived he quickly diagnosed the issue as a leaky seal in the toilets top tank and the sound was nothing too concerning (except for the water bill). The entire experience was professional and courteous and I plan to use these guys from now on.
