I purchased a new HVAC system and the 3 man team of installers were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and tidy! Cleaned up their entire mess! I was so pleased. My AC went out in the dead of heat at 104 outside, i called at 9am the next morning on a Saturday and they put in a urgent order for a repair guy to come service my AC. Received a call within 30 mins saying he was on his way, by 10am my home was already 87 and climbing in temperature. He shows up and within 15 mins my AC was fixed and air was blowing cold! I'm super impressed with how responsive and quickly they showed up and made me feel like it was very important to fix the problem and get my home feeling a nice 75° would highly recommend

Our AC went out on Friday night while we were in the middle of a triple digit heat wave. I thought for sure no one would be able to help us until Monday. I was dreading this because we still had several days of 100 degree heat in the forecast. I called Dycus first thing Saturday morning and within 30 minutes they had someone at my home. Brad, the AC technician, was fantastic. He was courteous, friendly and had our unit repaired in just a few minutes. Our family is so grateful for their quick and professional response.

The System was popping breakers while we had 10 straight days of 100 degree weather. Dycus Heating and Air sent out Doug which went above and beyond fixing that 1 issue. After fixing the system he spent 2 hours cleaning and servicing the entire system. The unit stopped popping breakers and now cools at a much quicker rate!
