We use Bailey’s for semiannual preventative maintenance. It’s nice that they call to schedule without us having to keep track ourselves. The technician seems to know what he’s doing and gives us a report is finished. They also have made several recommendations that have helped make our house more energy efficient.

A breath of fresh air, literally and figuratively. Mine was a difficult project, moving the HVAC unit from one location to another on the property.
