I purchased a home in Sun City Center and being from Wisconsin, I looked online for an independent agency and noticed the reviews of Art Janes Insurance. Myda answered my initial call. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. She took charge finding a carrier that fit my needs. The height of customer focus was when Myda called me back with information at 4:45 on a Friday afternoon. I thought, "who does that", when a weekend is fifteen minutes away.
