Founded in 1974, Commack Consultation Center (CCC) is dedicated to providing the highest caliber of professional services within a moderate, sliding fee schedule. For over 45 years, CCC has served the Long Island community as a key referral source for pediatric, family and internal medicine practices, school districts, hospitals, and the wider mental health community.
D., CCC's founder and Director coordinates, personally, all new referrals. Through consultation with the individual or family, Dr. Padnick uses his clinical experience to match the particular needs of each new case with the skills and specialty area of each therapist. This helps assure a "goodness of fit" between the patient and therapist which is integral to promoting a successful treatment outcome.

Services
D., entered the field of psychotherapy initially as a school psychologist and child/family therapist. He then spent several years as a research psychologist studying the physical effects of stress on health and wellness. Dr. Padnick served as a psychological consultant to various Employee Assistance Programs (EAP's), government agencies, and nonprofit organizations where he developed and implemented pro-health programs.
Often, patients ask what makes the psychotherapy process work, what to expect. At the core of our process, therapy focuses on helping each individual to find his or her voice to be heard, accepted, and properly understood. This is the catalyst for building a working relationship and setting the therapeutic process in motion.
CCC is conveniently located between Veteran's Highway and Jericho Turnpike, just east of the Sunken Meadow Parkway and about one mile East of Commack Road. CCC's offices occupy a spacious area in an architecturally designed building, surrounded by a beautiful, park-like atmosphere with ample parking.
