I don't know what the proper adjectives are to adequately explain just how happy I am with what Mr. Kassor and his staff did for me. A UPS Semi sideswiped me. After 8 days of just trying to get ANYONE from UPS's insurance department on the phone, I knew I needed a professional.
I reached out to Mr. Kassor's office and within 3 days they had all of UPS's insurance information, were coordinating with my insurance to make sure I was going to an in network
