Very unprofessional. I called and they didn't answer but they did text me from a different number saying "please text me". Never made it aware that it was them texting me again from a totally different number. Only after I asked who it was did they say it was someone from this insurance place. Very unprofessional to text someone saying that instead of something along the lines of "hello this is Martha from 2000 Insurance....". After I asked them that I wanted to know if they were open they saw my text but never answered. I again texted them to ask for the schedule yet no
