My filling fell out a while ago, but I was worried to see a dentist during this difficult time due to hygiene concerns. I've been a patient of Dr. Pidzarko's for over 19 years and I have had the pleasure of communicating with many members of his team for that same length of time. They have always been professional, transparent and, most importantly, gentle and kind.My son has also been a patient since his first dental appointment. I've been going here for 15 years and never had an issue until now. My entire family including my husband and myself go here. But when they called me on a Monday to confirm a Wednesday appointment I asked them to reschedule. They charged me $25 on the spot for late cancellation. This is a huge rip off. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars here over the years and they charged me for rescheduling only 2 business days in advance. Unfortunately really unimpressed by this.
