Comparative Market Analysis (CMA): An analysis performed by a Real Estate Agent to estimate fair market value of a property. A CMA is not a formal appraisal. They were the selling agent, not our agent. The agent was an absolute horror. We had to move the settlement date because she didn’t do her job. Only got the township inspection for CO 2 days prior to the second settlement date, would not let us get an estimate for a new roof. Claimed the broker wouldn’t use docusign, as owners were out of state, and had my agent do the contract. Delay, delay, delay, that was her tactic. She took any joy of buying a new home from us. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Beyond disgusted and disappointed with the services of Wheaton Real Estate. They have officially screwed us over TWICE. A couple years ago we inquired about a house. They advised us to apply and then would show the house. We applied and paid the fees only to be told THE NEXT DAY that the house has been rented. Total BS. Why would they even let us apply?!
Recently we applied with them again to see a house in Port Norris and of course, paid their fees. The first showing, the tenants were still living at the property so we couldn’t get a good feel. Plus, it was the realtor’s first time seeing

Never returns phone calls. Claimed they wrote a letter but it was never received. No follow through. Would not recommend. Zero service or professionalism. Lost 6 weeks of time waiting for these people.
***Since this post they contacted me and we are now moving forward and things are as they should be. They are very knowledgeable of the south millville area real estate market.
