I have had the pleasure of working with Todd at Hartman since 2012. He has assisted me and my family in finding yearly rentals and when I was ready to purchase a family beach home he was simply awesome. Paula, Todd, and Dana are a great team! Almost 10 years ago, I bought my home in Ventnor from The Hartman Home Team. Todd showed me multiple 2-3 BR properties on the north side of Margate and Ventnor due to our budget constraint. After looking for over a year, we ended up with a 5 BR home on the south side of Ventnor. Throughout the entire process, Paula, Todd, and Dana were very helpful and patient with us.
