Vanessa and her team worked with me for half of 2021 to find the right home for me to purchase. We had an unfortunate experience working with agent Vanessa Byrd. She was difficult to communicate with and handled our interactions with minimal tact. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you are considering using Vanessa. Mosaic as a company has been impressive overall. That's why it surprises me that they would hire someone like Vanessa, who falls well short of the level of professionalism one would expect.

Joseph Ruiz is the best agent we have ever worked with. His professional and always kind demeanor sets an example for agents everywhere. Our last deal with Joseph had many unforeseen hurdles. Working with Kathleen was fantastic! She did such a wonderful job helping me find my first home in Mars Hill and walking me through the home buying processes.
