We have had batteries replaced a number of times at Shepherd. We’ve been basically satisfied although one time, after replacing a battery, the watch didn’t work. They said they don’t repair watches so we took it to a place called Sarasota Watch Company on Tamiami Trail. They told us that the wrong battery must have been put in because the mechanism… was fried. We had them replace the mechanism and had forgotten about the incident. On Wednesday, June 6th, we brought a Disney watch to Shepherd for a battery. After they put the battery in, they said that the watch was working
