I recently purchased a new home. Krystle Haas not only directed me with the best coverage options for my house, she was able to get me better coverage and pricing for my auto insurance by simply adding a Personal Liability Umbrella Policy (PLUP). I appreciate her taking the time to thoroughly review my existing auto insurance and offer recommendations on how to get better coverage and rates. Crystal Paine @ Steve Lane's agency is awesome. We moved to State Farm and this office because Sonya Moore reviewed all of our coverages and found some large gaps in coverage set up by our Liberty Mutual agent. Sonya was able to fill in the gaps and save us money at the same time. Sonya has relocated to another State Farm agency out of state but Crystal picked up where Sonya left off. Crystal is very response and makes sure we have the right coverage every time. If you want great service call in and ask for Crystal Paine.

I have known Steve and his staff since 2012 they are amazing! They use to have a lady from NC and she was wonderful. Since she has moved back to NC the one that often goes above and beyond is his office manager Crystal Paine, she is great! No matter what the situation she always gets you the answer. Not sure who trained her to be so attention to detail oriented but they did an amazing job! Always helpful and super cheerful! Keep up the good work y’all!

I have been insured with State Farm for 33 years & am very pleased with my coverage & service. Due to a couple of moves I’ve had 3 different State Farm agents. The last 8 years my insurance has been with agent Steve Lane in Sand Springs Ok. The service is great in his office & his staff is very knowledgeable as well as friendly and caring. Crystal Paine , a customer service representative, in Steve’s office takes very good care of my insurance needs. I think you will be very pleased to have your insurance with them.

The entire office is wonderful! My direct contact with this agency is always on top of things. She answers questions quickly and efficiently! Never making you feel like a burden and always has an answer. I can email her directly without going through an 800# and being on hold forever. As long as she is there, I won't switch companies. and if she leave, I'll switch over and go with her. Crystal Paine for the win!

We have home and auto bundled. My car needed a minor repair. I called their free roadside assistance just before noon. Tow truck was there in less than a half-hour, car was towed to Goodyear Auto Repair on 71st in Tulsa, who did a prompt great job at a fair price, and I drove the car home at 5 p.m. very satisfied with State Farm (and Goodyear).
