This used to be a great insurance office and Janine seemed like great agent but over the last few years it has become harder to speak to her, all I get to speak with is her office staff and the women that works for her is great but the black haired guy is not good. He will not listen to my needs and when I told him they had my address wrong he refused to accept it. I was like this is not my home address and he was like yes it is so I just had to leave.
