Well, with a skeleton crew on a holiday weekend Friday, you would think they would have had their best people working. NOT the case today. A NEW HIRE couldn't even give directions to the office, NOR ask anyone there for directions to give to us the client. Then once we get there its even worse, and of course besides the new hire, the other employee wouldn't even help out to help speed up the process what should have only taken a few minutes took forever, and it certainly wasn't modern technology it was more like operator error. How very sad to be so unprofessional. Sure glad we went with someone

I called them on Monday morning looking for a quote for insurance on a home I am buying in Hudson, Fl. I left my info. and the info on the house with the woman who answered the phone. I was told the agents were all on other calls but someone would get back to me shortly with a quote. 2 days later, on Wednesday, I still hadn't heard from anyone. I called back and told them I had been waiting since Monday for someone to return my call to give me a quote. They asked my name, put me on hold and then told me the agent they had given my info to was still working on it and would get a hold of me soon

Over the years I've used this company for 3 different homes now as well as for commercial and regular car insurance, and even for insuring my business and bonding. They've always been fast, efficient and very knowledgeable about options with different companies. Customer service is great and they're quick to get back to you if someone isn't available to help you immediately. They've also come in cheaper on homeowners insurance every single time I've quoted. Highly recommend.
