Florida requires PIP (personal injury protection) coverage and $10,000 property damage coverage to get your drivers license and/or register a car. However, the Florida Financial responsibility law makes you liable for the injures and damages you cause to others and their property. The minimum requirements typically do not meet those guidelines and will cause you serious financial harm if you cause an accident.
An issuer of a bond can purchase bond insurance to guarantee scheduled payments of interest and principal on the bond to its bondholders in case the issuer defaults. Once the issuer purchases bond insurance, its credit rating is replaced with the insurer's credit rating. Premiums are a measure of the perceived risk of failure of the issuer and are paid to the insurer in either lump sums or installments.

As an owner of a new business Walden Insurance has provided me with excellent service. My agent, Leanne Martin, was friendly, professional, and responded to all my questions and needs as if I were her only client. I just want to say that Shelita is always so very helpful. I have been going through Walden Ins. for all of my insurance needs for many years now. Everyone that works there has always been kind, patient and helpful and answered all of my questions. I have also recommended them to friends and family. I received notice of a issue where my car vin number was mistaken wrong on my newly purchased car that I have insured with Shelita Stuart of Walden Insurance. After a phone call to the office, Shelita personally looked into matter going a extra beyond and called me back the next day, now resolved. I have never personally met her, but have meet her dog Dudley that gives a friendly greeting same as the phone call with Shelita. I truly would recommend Walden Insurance.

I have been amazed at the customer service from Walden Insurance -- everyone I have ever dealt with, including the owner, has taken my insurance problems and needs to heart and provided what I needed to have. Finding new car insurance after relocating from NJ to FL can be a real pain. Many providers waste your time only to give you a really high quote. After seeing the excellent reviews for Walden Insurance, I called and spoke with Nancy Eason. She answered all my questions, got me exactly the coverage I wanted and at a very affordable price. She's stayed in touch through email to make sure it was a smooth transition. Great customer service!
