We are located at the corner of Reisterstown Road and Cherry Hill Rd. I'm a graduate of North Shore Community College-AA, University of Maryland-BS, and Central Michigan University - MA. I recently switched my car insurance to this agency from Progressive. From beginning to end, the process was very fast and super easy! The representative (Dawn) that helped me with my transfer was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. She was able to answer any and all questions I had, explained everything to me in detail and she was able to send a copy of my policy and insurance cards to me while still on the phone with her. I also had the pleasure of meeting and speaking to Roy, the agent, and he too was very professional, friendly and welcomed me to their office.

Very professional office! Anytime I call the office in regards to my policies, the agent and staff have always been very nice, super helpful and prompt with my requests. I have recommended my family and friends to this agents office and they too have been extremely pleased with the service this agents office provides.

If the option was to provide a negative star rating, i would. I also would not recommend State farm or going to this office to anyone.
I have had several issues with this office. Even just to mail a simple fax, which could not be done properly.
My license was suspended for months due to the incorrect information this office provided me. A simple fax containing information was never done. i waited over 3 months for them to be able to fax an incorrect paper. Which i was finally able to due myself.
I have waited over four months to receive a refund, since i have cancelled my policy with them.
