Brad Hankoff has done a wonderful job with all of my insurance needs. He was attentive, responsive, and informative throughout the entire process and worked with me on any changes that arised. Had to resolve a billing error that would have led to a cancelled insurance policy. Dialog was quick, cordial, and professional. Also assured me that prior to further action, they would have reached out via phone to engage in dialog vs. just letting the insurance lapse. That personal touch is becoming rare.
