Alan R. Heap, D.M.D., P.A., received his Doctor of Dental Medicine in 1978 from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville, IL. Dr. Heap practices all phases of general dentistry for children through seniors. Dr. Heap also provides a full range of advanced cosmetic dental services including bleachings, veneers, crowns and bridges.
A preventive program is a cooperative effort by the patient, dentist, and dental staff to preserve the natural dentition and supporting structures by preventing the onset, progress, and recurrence of dental diseases and conditions. My husband needed two teeth pulled. He gets severe anxiety before going to the dentist due to a previous bad experience. I recommended Dr Heap based on my experience with him years ago. Needless to say when I saw that he was in the Cigna network I called and made appointment for him. From the office staff (Tammy) to Dr Heap everyone is awesome. Hubby loved Dr Heap because he was very patient and listened to him even cracked a few jokes to make him feel comfortable. He was also very accommodating to my husbands fear of the needle. We will both be using this office from now on. Thank you so much

I am so happy I called St. Cloud Family and Cosmetic Dentistry for my care! My original appointment was scheduled six months out, but I was immediately offered to be added to the short call list. I was in to see Alan Heap, DDS within a few weeks. I waited in my car as everyone arrived at the office. EVERYONE looked my way and smiled at me as they entered the building. I felt welcome from the start. My visit was wonderful and together we have a plan.

My 17yr old son had a dental emergency hes a basketball player and he was in a panic because he broke one of his front teeth during practice, im so happy I was introduced to this family practice they are awesome , i must say when i saw him after he got his tooth fixed i truly could not tell he ever had any trauma to it. He told me that he loved the dentist he was very kind, had great bedside manner, understanding and very professional and he made him feel like himself again after he finished working on him he said dad this is my new dentist im not going anywhere else. The staff and Dr. are amazing. They are very kind. patient and dedicated They do not try to push anything on you. In fact they do their best to minimize your out-of-pocket cost. I cannot say enough great things about this wonderful practice, there is a long wait list for appointments and I can see why.
