I stopped here to inquire about transferring all of our policies to this agent...and a woman I spoke to was so annoyed she may have to do work..she was extremely rude. She took a phone call...and when she got off..she looked at me and said, "People are so stupid". No thanks..any other agent will do! 1 star is to much!

Rich has been my agent for over 10 years, and up until the last 5 years everything was good.
Over the last 5 years, I have a had several administrative errors/issues with the office and as a result, Rich advised me to email him directly for all policy adjustments. The made sure everything was in writing and time stamped.
Fast forward to the straw the broke the camels back... Thankfully we moved to written communication, as I had a policy adjustment on Aug 2, 2018, to which I emailed Rich about. On Aug 12, 2018 I found my self stranded on the side of the PA Turnpike calling roadside assistance
