WHEN I ASKED MY LAWYER WHO HE WOULD RECOMMEND TO DO TAXES HE SAID THAT DALE HAMBLIN. WENT TO HAMBLIN AND ASSOCIATES AND GAVE THEM ALL OUR PAPERWORK AND PAID THEM $500.00 WAITED TWO WEEKS TO HEAR BACK NO PHONE CALL I HAD TO CALL DALE, AND THEN WAS TOLD BY THE SECTARY THAT DALE DIDN'T WANT TO WORK WITH US, I ASKED THE RECEPTIONIST TO HAVE DALE CALL US BACK BUT DALE'S UNPROFESSIONALISM CAME OUT. DALE SAID SOME RUDE COMMENTS AND THEN HUNG UP. AFTER GOING TO HIS OFFICE TO CONFRONT HIM HE LOCKED HIS DOORS. ALL I WANTED WAS MY $500.00 THE ONLY REASON I DIDNT GO AFTER DALE BECAUSE I WAS JUST STARTING MY

We used them for our 2015 taxes and overall were happy with their service. Dale was pleasant and got us our refund. No complaints. In fact, had we not relocated, we would have used them for 2016. However, we’re currently working on purchasing a new home and all of our stuff, including historical tax documents, are buried in storage. Which is our mistake. I called to ask if they could forward information to our mortgage broker and my experience was a complete 180 from previous. In fact I was told by Dale’s wife, with quite some attitude, that “you are no longer customers and we are not obligated
